STAR, STAR....that is two more in addition to the five this program allows....because the service was that much better than the five allowed. After a dismal experience with a company in Santa Fe, I was referred to Jerod. He listened to my story, about a broken heating system, heard my frustration, and immediately offered to help. Then he helped immediately. He sent Anthony to our building the next morning. Anthony arrived ten minutes early (the other guys were 90 minutes late). Anthony made an assessment of the problem, explained it clearly, and expected it to cost about $500. Then he went to work. He found another small switch he needed to replace, plus cleaned the whole cooling system as well. (The other guys spent two hours "inspecting" the unit, then waited a day and a half for me to call .....came back, said $500 then looked and said $800, "probably" but it could be more) Anthony was done by noon. Charged $504.86, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. AirPro is honest men doing expert work for a fair price. You cannot do better than that! Thanks Jerod and Anthony!

Expeditious, friendly, and professional. Isaac and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my new Delkin. They made the outside where they installed look clean and professional as well. They also were the most affordable company to install my mini-split, so that's a huge plus.
