AirPro has been my Go-To for HVAC for 7 years. They’re local, installed my system and have maintained it since. This weekend the system went down. Not gonna lie, it was uncomfortable. June 29th, heat wave! Monday AM got the call, on a their way. Showed up, got the issue fixed, and I am back. What’s next, water heater…getting on in age… Lori says, they handle that too. Thanks to Tim for delivering the call and Jerod for taking my call on a Sunday! God Bless Y’all!

Air-Pro installed our current central forced air conditioning 7 or so years ago. Last week it stopped making condensate drip from the drain pipe, so something was wrong. Air-Pro sent a technician who found a plastic pipe joint that had not been properly glued and had come apart. He repaired it and didn't charge me for it. He said, "It's under warranty." There's no warranty that goes on that long, so Air-Pro provided the service call and the repair at absolutely no cost to me. That is absolutely amazing customer service!! They've got this customer for life!

I can't recommend AirPro enough! I called after 5:30 p.m. on a Friday, left a message, and within an hour, a technician named Tim was at my house. He was polite, professional, and quickly got my AC up and running. Thanks to them, my home is cool again. Fantastic service all around!
