Very professional team. Alan quoted me on changing out my swamp cooler and installing refrigerated air. Isaac and Ethan completed the installation. What a great team. It was so hot in the crawl space! Glad to get this done!

Daniel came to our house this morning to check out a problem with our AC. Turns out the problem was our lack of knowledge about the programing. He explained everything to us and took the time to check out the unit and show us the proper way to clean prior to winter. Everyone with this company have been great to work with. We highly recommend them

AirPro installed our HVAC system which we have been extremely satisfied with since the installation. We were having an issue with our air conditioning unit so I called after hours yesterday and left a message. Lori called first thing in the morning and scheduled for about an hour later. Technician Daniel came over, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. We are so pleased with AirPro's prompt response, their professionalism, and the work they perform! I will only hire Air Pro for all our hvac and plumbing needs, as well as their "outstanding" service! Thank You!!!!

Gabe is,a very competent and friendly service person. He always explains what the issues are and how to address them.

Dan did a nice job troubleshooting an ongoing problem with the cooling on a 4 year old HVAC system. He called the manufacturer and discovered this problem has been identified with this particular Carrier model and they suggested a work-around. We’ll see if it works! AirPro is a good company with a honest owner and conscientious and knowledgeable technicians. If this problem persists I hope they will convince Carrier to warranty and replace the unit.

Joaquin called ahead. Showed up on time. He knew exactly what he was doing. He got the unit fixed and working in a matter of minutes. Air Pro is a great company. They handle all our heating and air conditioning needs. I highly recommend them.

We recently purchased an HVAC system from Air Pro. Their prices were reasonable compared to two other companies. From Alan sales to installers Isaac and Damien they were great to work with. They were honest, cooperative, extremely polite and respectful of our home, and also very professional. Every step of the way, they took care of every detail we were concerned about which felt very reassuring during the install. I highly recommend Air Pro as the best Carrier installer in Albuquerque.

Everyone from the person that answered the phone to the estimator that came to my house were super nice and informative. Unfortunately I will not be able to meet their cost but look forward to possibly working with them in the future.

The AC technician was very helpful in explaining the problem with my mini split & the repair was covered by the installation warranty .
