He was very informative and very friendly. I have water falling off my roof every time I use my heater. Told it's condensation, not happy with this, but he checked out everything. Thank you for your professionalism and information.

Gabe came in, opened the swamp cooler, cleaned out the cooler and started up the system. He did a great job. He even cut and placed a screen over the vent of the cooler to keep the cotton from clogging the cooker pads! That was above and beyond what the service agreement contract stated!! Thank you very much!!!!
